In-house IT Service Manager – Belgium – 12 month Contract
Within our Infrastructure Department we are currently recruiting for the following IT Service Manager to work for an International end user Client whom are investing in a new IT implementation which started 9 months ago. Our client is a well-known brand within the Chemical sector who employ over 4,000 staff in 45 locations globally. Further vacancy details below:
Responsibilities
- As an experienced IT Consultant, you are responsible for steering all service providers through a new install of a new IT system
- You will be analysing new IT solutions especially within the CRM area
- Take responsibility from the initial scope through to implementation and go-live of the requirements
- Perform service reviews
- Liaise with the service provider and guide them through the design phase
- Analyse business process and customize a solution to meet the business needs
- Be able to control and maintain quality
- Define SLA’s
- Traveling about 10%.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- 5 years of professional experience as an IT Service Manager or Project Manager
- Knowledge in CRM solutions (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Profound experience in Service Management
- Low travel
- Fluent language skills in German and English
