Inhouse HCM Consultant (m/w) – Munich
An international leading organisation are looking for an In-house HCM consultant to join their expanding IT team. Working in a forward-thinking environment where your ideas are encouraged, you will be responsible for the tasks below.
Tasks:
- Supervision of interfaces from or in the SAP HCM system
- Emphasis on PA, PY, PT, OM
- Management of SAP HR user manual
- Control of service providers
- Implementation or collaboration in various SAP HR projects
- Competent contact within the team for HCM queries
Your profile:
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Analytical mind and conceptual strength
- Have an independent way of working within team environment
- Current experience of several years within SAP HCM support
- Fluent German and English languages
- Studies within computer science or alternative within IT
