IT Service Desk Analyst (Upto €40k package) – Service Desk, Windows, O365, Mac OS, Adobe, Support, Troubleshoot, Ticketing.
A Leading Multimedia organization headquartered in Hamburg are looking for an IT Service Desk Agent to join their office in Rastatt and offer first line support services to both their employees and external customers. This is one of Europe’s leading Media businesses with around 11,000 in 17 countries and a turnover of £2billion. They are growing rapidly through a number of key acquisitions and offer their employees room to grow and develop through continuous professional development.
Reporting directly into the Service Desk Manager you will provide first line support to both internal and external stakeholders putting excellent customer service at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting queries, working in a timely manner to ensure a swift resolution. In addition to this, you will need to provide cover for the onsite engineer when they are on annual leave, so a good technical IT skillset is essential.
